As an Associate for Change Associates, Marie delivered a variety of initiatives for a variety of clients including Coventry Building Society who wanted support in the design and development of change management training for c60 leaders within the organisation.

• Training needs analysis for senior leaders to ascertain the gap between “as is” and “to be” skills in leading major change projects
• Design of the workshops, supporting materials and case studies
• Delivery and delivery support for the Executive and most senior leaders in the organisation
• Assessment and validation of the workshops and outcomes.
