The organisation wanted to offer some bite sized training modules to all employees (280 members of staff and up to 150 volunteers) to up skill them in different competencies and behaviours, to help support their personal development plans, and in turn support the organisational goals.

• Design of the workshops, facilitators guides and supporting materials for Train the Trainer sessions for a series of 10 workshops on a variety of topics such as Time Management, Building Confidence, Presentation Skills , Public Speaking, Events Management, Project Management, Supporting & Listening Skills, Delegation skills

• Defined and agreed the learning outcomes and content upfront 

• Delivery of the training modules to the allocated trainers within in the organisation

• Assessment and validation of the workshops and outcomes
